I’m on the long and winding road.
My future is my goal.
The road is hard and unforgiving,
And that will take its toll.
I’m on the long and winding road,
With bumps ‘round every bend.
The road seems to stretch forever...
I doubt it has an end.
I’m on the long and winding road,
Going around twists and lurching turns.
I’ve no idea where it actually leads...
Because, well... NO ONE really knows.
I’m on the long and winding road,
With challenges unforeseen.
But while this winding road may be a tough one,
It can’t be worse than where I’ve been.
