Finding fun things to do at home is important for us all, but particularly for families with young children.
Tomorrow Today executive officer Rosie Koop said her team had been busy preparing free activity packs for families with young children.
“We know from the 2020 lockdowns that many of our families missed catching up with each other at weekly Parents Early Education Partnership (PEEP) sessions,” Ms Koop said.

“To help local families keep little ones entertained while PEEP group sessions are not operating, we’ve created fun activity packs.
“The packs contain craft activities, story books and games. All activities are designed to increase children’s learning of important fine motor skills, such as cutting and pasting, counting and rhyming.
“These skills all help to ensure they start school ready to learn.”
Families are encouraged to share their children’s creations on the Tomorrow Today PEEP Facebook page.
