Benalla Rural City Council has engaged SMA Tourism to undertake consultation with the community regarding the Benalla Art Gallery.
An SME Tourism spokesperson said the community was being asked to contribute its ideas.
“We'd like to hear your ideas and comments on what (you) would like to see developed, included or changed at the Benalla Art Gallery and the surrounding area,” the spokesperson said.
“All individuals and groups, including those who do not usually visit the gallery, are invited to be involved in this process.”
There are four ways you can be involved:
1. Attend a workshop being held at the Benalla Art Gallery - Tuesday, June 29 at 5 pm, Wednesday, June 30 at 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm and 6 pm. Each workshop is limited to 15 people, so call Jane on 0448 068 023 to secure you spot.
2. Drop in to the pop-up stand outside the post office on Bridge St on June 28-29 to discuss your ideas.
3. Visit the digital online ideas board at to post your ideas, comment and vote.ideas.benallaartgallery.com.au
