The team picked up a third straight win for its pepper steak pie in the red meat gourmet category, while the new satay chicken variety was an instant success.
Elmore Bakery also picked up a silver medal for its cauliflower and three cheese pie with three bronzes awarded — two for pies and one for a sausage roll.
Head baker Travis Wilson said he was thrilled to see the organisation receive national recognition once again.
“We’re very proud of all our awards,” he said.
“The pepper steak pie is always popular among our customers. We make sure we’re using high-quality beef, which is slow cooked to ensure we get the perfect flavour balance.
“We decided to give a satay chicken pie a go because a few people suggested they would like to try it. Since it has been on the menu it has been flying out the door.
“You can’t ask for anything better than when an idea comes off.”
Apprentice baker Sam Billett also received individual recognition after he won a silver medal for his plain chunky beef pie.
It was a big change from 2019 when Sam won an award for his vanilla slice.
“We’re really pleased with Sam’s development as a baker,” Mr Wilson said.
“We’ve taught him to do a variety of different techniques and he continues to impress us every day.
“This medal is a reward for all of his hard work.”
