For Victoria’s Chief Health Officer, Dr Clare Looker, it means a chance to use her voice to address issues such as gender health gaps and disparities in women’s health.
At the University of Melbourne Department of Rural Health’s International Women’s Day event on Tuesday, March 5, Dr Looker will speak, reflecting on her professional journey as a matriarch in the health industry.
She plans to focus on women’s empowerment and public health, sharing her insights, experiences, and expertise in public health medicine.
