Fera Australia is holding an information and community consultation session about the proposed wind farm in the Koyuga and Nanneella area.
Nanneella Community Hall will host the session on Monday, July 1 from 6.30pm to 8pm.
It is a chance for residents to learn more about the project and put questions to the Fera team.
Community talk about a wind farm in the region began in May, when Koyuga residents noticed a weather station near Graham Rd.
Fera Australia currently manages three wind farm projects. Its 600 megawatt project in the Strathbogie Shire, around 15km from Seymour, is expected to be built in 2026. Its output of green power will be equivalent to taking 700,000 cars off the road or planting seven million trees.
Its other projects are proposed for Triabunna, 90km from Hobart, and Wombelano, 80km from Horsham.
Nanneella Community Hall is located at 488 Echuca-Nanneella Rd, Nanneella.
