Judy and Dale have been performing for many years across the Victoria and NSW.
Judy on vocals and guitar has an abundance of history going way back to the days of the Penthouse Club and Peter Couchman show.
Judy said with her female trio Jasmin, and as an ex TV and radio copywriter, she spent many hours in the studio recording in-house jingles, writing copy for advertising, and singing away with her two Melbourne bands.
Local history grants available
Now a resident of Lima East for the past nine years Judy contributes to promoting local events, including the Swanpool motor show and SCRAP art exhibition.
“Dale will be remembered for his many years working along the, then-bustling, clubs of the Victoria-NSW border,” Judy said.
“In his time he was backing well-known artists including the Drifters, Trini Lopez, Chubby Checker, Normie Rowe, Reg Poole and Johnny Chester with his show band Razza Ma Tazz and Crystal Canyon band.”
As 2 easy duo Judy and Dale have appeared for the Ferrari club at All Saints Winery and the Austin Healey club.
Unexpected connections found in times of social isolation
