Stanhope Show, Shine and Swap Meet secretary Lyn Emmett said the event would be held at the new location of Stanhope Recreation Reserve, to accommodate its growing numbers.
“With the success of last year's event of over 125 cars and over 200 people attending, the committee felt they had outgrown the old site adjacent to the hotel and is looking forward to being able to offer a bigger and better venue for exhibitors and stall holders,” Mrs Emmett said.
“The first year was just the Stanhope Ute Show which had 45 utes and then we changed it to the Stanhope Show and Shine, which went to 125 vehicles.”
A wide range of food will be on offer from the canteen, as well as a barbecue, coffee van and a licensed booth.
The Stanhope Show, Shine and Swap Meet committee is on the lookout for volunteers to assist with the canteen, barbecue or gate entry, and profits will go to the community groups who volunteer their time.
There will be entertainment for children including a jumping castle, colouring competition and face painting.
Pre-booking entry prices are $10 for the first entry and $5 for all other entries before Thursday, March 5.
The front gates will be open to the public at 8 am and a barbecue breakfast will be available.
From 7 am, all exhibitors will be required to enter through the back gate via Savige Rd.
Entries into the show close at 10 am sharp with judging commencing at noon.
