Representatives of four different clubs took part.
In addition, four park runners recorded new personal best times, with Finn Walsh recording his fastest time with a 16:56 finish.
The event was made possible by volunteers Lee Horan, Robert Caldwell, Diana Hobby, Monique Francis, Kay Johnson, Jo-Anne McGinty, David Horan, Liesl Visagie and Pat Menzies.
Benalla Botanical Gardens parkrun started on November 9, 2019.
Since then 468 participants have completed 1370 park runs, covering a total distance of 6850km, including 293 new personal bests.
A total of 77 individuals have volunteered 247 times.
The event is held from 8 am every Saturday, with participants to gather from 7.45 am by the gardens’ Adventure Park.
The event is free.
