The other results were the defeats of Peter Brock, 17 to 23; Graeme Pitts, 15 to 22; and Dale Brooker, 16 to 24.

The A3s had a great clash with rivals Swanpool over four rinks, which consisted of a close win, two draws, and a close loss.
The results were 68/70 overall, with Graeme Greene tying 21 all, Ray Bradley going down 14 to 19, Tim Hill tying 16 a piece and Jack Berry, Graeme McNutt, Richard Baulch and Ian Brond winning 17 to 14.
Next week, they will travel up Midland Hwy to Mansfield.
The A4s travelled to Wangaratta to have a 57/99 loss.
A highlight of the day was Bella Hately winning her first game in her shared rink with Jan Bluck, Loch Lidgerwood and Adrian Mennes, 20 to 18.
The other results were Jim Hodder's loss of 11 to 24, Hans Dartmann's loss of nine to 25, and Paul Chapman's loss of 17 to 32.
